It feels SOOOO good. Its a tranquilizer. Makes you feel so calm. ONly problem is if you do it too much its not good for you. But it feels so good. It makes u calm.

Oh hardly ever, only if i feel im close to having a nervous breakdown or panic attack. the more u take them, the less effective they supposed to be. but u feel like heaven when u take it. the world slows down for u
